Councils

HRRA is organized around several councils that focus on specialties in real estate. These councils are designed to meet specific needs or segments of the membership by holding special meetings with relevant speakers and other programs, products and services.

All councils are open to HRRA members and there is no additional cost to sign up. Meeting dates and topics are listed in the Hampton Roads REALTOR® magazine and the weekly eREALTOR®.

Sign up	Affiliates Council This council meets to discuss how affiliate members can reach the REALTOR® members and home buyers and sellers with their marketing messages.
Sign up	Appraisers Council The Appraisers Council was formed to address the need for unique services from the REALTOR® Association.
Sign up	Commercial Alliance This group focuses on issues affecting commercial agents in the regional Hampton Roads area.
Sign up	New Homes Council The New Homes Council is designed to meet the needs of the new homes site agents and managers.
Sign up	Owners / Managers Council This council meets to discuss important issues of vital concern to sales managers and owners in the current market.
Sign up	Property Management & Leasing Council This council provides an avenue where area property managers can join together to discuss property management issues.
Sign up	Resale Council The Resale Council meets to plan special programs for REALTORS® specializing in resale.
